FLEXIBLE + UNCOMPLICATED
As a mom to an energetic 6-year-old and a business owner, our founder understands the juggle. Flexibility and convenience are essential to our business model. We operate on a 100% virtual basis. You don’t need to leave the comfort of your home or office to come to ours. To save you time, travel, and stress, we meet and communicate virtually via phone and video calls, texts, and emails. All document exchanges and signings are virtual and secure. Oh, and come as you are. We will.
SMART, PROACTIVE, + EFFICIENT
In her 15 years as a corporate litigator, our founder often found herself counseling clients through legal problems that were 100% preventable. For established companies with large cash flows, legal complications are part of the cost of doing business. For a women-owned startup, they can mean the end of the business. We hate that for you.
Delivering smart, proactive, and effective legal solutions is one of Audette Law’s core values. How do we do that? We stay on top of current law and research, we monitor legal and business trends, we approach problems with curiosity and creativity, and we listen to your concerns. We can’t prevent all legal complications, but we sure can try!
We are efficient. We don’t over-lawyer, and we don’t recommend legal that doesn’t make sense for you or your business goals.

P.S. You won’t see a bill for calls and emails because supporting our clients is included in our flat fee pricing. In our view, it’s impossible to build the type of relationships we value when you’re worried about racking up the lawyer bill.
