Other clients already have a trademark in mind (or in use) and need a knockout search before proceeding to the application process. Some clients want to legally set up their business (e.g., LLC, partnership, corporation) as a first step in bringing their vision to life. You get the idea. Our flat fee packages are custom, and project based. We charge based on our clients’ specific legal needs and concerns. Our primary consideration when pricing our services is to provide first class legal at maximum value to you.
